Bloom Regulatory has been a dedicated supporter of businesses specialising in cosmetics, food supplements, and beauty accessories, catering to niche, mass, and luxury brands. Our impact spans across businesses of all sizes, both in the UK and beyond.

Bloom Regulatory was formed in January 2019 by our founder and CEO, Olivia Santoni to offer a new approach to regulatory consultancy and, in particular, a human approach and personalised service. During the next few years the team quickly grew to the 8 team members we have today, bringing extensive understanding and insights of the beauty industry, trends, good practice and the advertising and enforcement landscapes. As a boutique consultancy we take great pride in being able to offer premium services that are flexible and reactive; partnering with customers to support them in achieving their vision.
